Activities and Results
- Project Director for Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh.
- Managed Site Assessments (20 facilities) utilising an extensive multi-national consulting team of over forty HSSE, fire protection, asset integrity, crisis and emergency response management experts.
- Identified strategic and tactical improvement opportunities through benchmarking HSSE and operating risk performance against best-in-class performers in the Power (Iberdrola Scottish Power) and Oil and Gas (Shell) sectors.
- Conducted a secure online safety culture survey across the corporate and facilities business lines, functions and workforce.
- Envisioned and designed an Operating Management System (OMS) Framework integrating all SEC business lines and functions into a centralised risk based, performance driven integrated management system.
- Secured board level, senior leadership and management buy-in and sign-off for a highly significant OMS development budget.
- Developed the Vision and Strategic Road Map for SEC to achieve OE.
- Created a Five Year Development and Implementation Plan to transform SEC into a high reliability organisation.
- Developed a fully aligned and modular HSSE and Operating Digital Strategy built on Enablon and SAP platforms.
- •Envisioned the “HSE and OE Academy” with e-learning to accelerate and scale the roll out and implementation of the OMS focused on HSE critical skills development.
