This month, we are featuring one of our top senior consultants, Lynn McBrien
Lynn McBrien has a 20-year record in supporting the planning and execution of complex multidisciplinary engineering projects in the global oil & gas midstream and downstream industry, developing them in line with IFC Performance Standards and industry sector guidelines and Equator Principles, including input into Project, Engineering, Management System and Plans through monitoring and reporting to Company, Government and Lenders.
Throughout her years of experience, she directed numerous high-profile projects through its full lifecycle, which includes requirements gathering, concept selection, detailed design, project planning, financing, resource management, installation, commissioning, and testing for a variety of clients like Duqm Refinery, PERU LNG, BP, Chevron, and Apache. She was able to buy-in from senior management and contractors for the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management Systems, and implemented HSE control and training for all management and supervisory personnel. She led a workforce in securing and maintaining compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing major projects and utilised ISO14001 and international environmental, and social standards (e.g. Equator Principles, IFC, and EU).
