2. No formal operating, wells, drilling or major projects control frameworks.
3. No formal HSE, social, process safety, asset integrity or security management systems

ACTIONS

1. Identification and involvement of key international functional senior managers as stakeholders in OMS framing, development and implementation to secure buy-in.
2. Development of risk based and performance driven OMS control framework, standards and procedures.
3. Development of supporting HSSE in Projects control frameworks, standards and procedures.
4. Development of OMS performance monitoring and tracking system.
5. Roll out and implementation of OMS, through development of Gap Improvement Plans, to all Opcos and JVs.
6. Compliance and performance monitoring.
